Job description
Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center is seeking a healthcare coder with inpatient and outpatient experience in an acute care setting. The role focuses on reviewing medical records to assign accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes and ensuring compliance with reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
The qualified candidate will hold CCS, RHIT or RHIA credentials and at least two years of coding experience. A high school diploma is required; higher degrees in health information management are preferred.
