Tops Markets is seeking a Hybrid Clinical & Community Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team in the Hudson Valley. This role blends community pharmacy with clinical pharmacy services, allowing direct patient care, medication therapy management, immunizations, and clinical interventions.
The position requires travel among Tops stores, leadership of pharmacy staff, and collaboration with prescribers to improve patient outcomes. A state pharmacist license and strong communication skills are essential.
