Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a PRN Hospital Pharmacist to support safe, effective medication therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will review and verify orders, prepare and dispense medications, manage sterile and non-sterile compounding, and ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and hospital policies. Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, you’ll provide clinical guidance, monitor drug therapy, educate patients and staff, and support quality, safety, and stewardship initiatives in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment.
