Job description
Mountain Community Health Partnership is seeking a full-time Clinical Community Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in North Carolina. The role blends direct clinical patient care with traditional pharmacy operations in an FQHC setting, with a 50/50 split between activities.
You will provide medication management, collaborate with care teams, supervise technicians, and support immunizations and formulary management.
