Job description
MidState Medical Center, part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks a Clinical Coordinator (RN) to support safe, high-quality care on a busy inpatient unit. In this role, you’ll coordinate daily clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient flow and outcomes. You’ll balance direct patient care with quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives while fostering a respectful, team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement and compassionate, patient-centered care for our diverse Meriden community.
