Job description
MidState Medical Center, part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks a Clinical Coordinator (RN) to support coordinated, patient-centered care on our acute care units. In this role you’ll oversee daily clinical operations, support and coach bedside nurses, and collaborate with providers to optimize patient flow, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include staff scheduling support, mentoring, onboarding, and monitoring compliance with policies and regulatory standards. You’ll use EHR tools, contribute to performance improvement efforts, and help ensure compassionate, culturally sensitive care for our diverse central Connecticut community.
