Job description
MidState Medical Center, part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks a Clinical Coordinator to support safe, high-quality patient care on a busy clinical unit. In this RN leadership role, you’ll coordinate daily operations, staffing, and patient flow while serving as a clinical resource to nurses and the care team. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians, supporting evidence-based practice, ensuring regulatory compliance, mentoring staff, and participating in quality and safety initiatives in a team-oriented, patient-first environment.
