Job description
Role: Charge Nurse responsible for overseeing daily patient care operations in a dialysis setting.
Responsibilities include:
Providing guidance and support to direct patient care staff, participating in staffing, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
Monitoring patient care, administering medications, and responding to treatment needs.
Training staff, supervising documentation, and promoting a safe, efficient work environment.
Participating in patient care planning, education, and emergency response.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
Assisting with staff interviews, quality assurance, and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; licensed as an RN.
Minimum 12 months nursing experience, with 6 months in dialysis care.
Preferred experience in medical/surgical nursing and supervisory roles.
CPR certification required.
Strong communication skills and knowledge of dialysis practices.
Physical & Work Environment: Includes desk work, patient interaction, and travel between facilities. Exposure to healthcare environment and potential infectious materials. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
