Job description
United Health Services (UHS) seeks a Clinical Abstract Specialist to convert clinical records into data elements per CMS, Joint Commission and accrediting standards, supporting quality and compliance across the health system.
You will collaborate with providers and leadership to ensure data integrity, and you will educate staff on Core Measures and reporting requirements to drive performance improvements.
