Job description
Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Clinical Decision Unit Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, short-stay care for patients requiring observation and further evaluation. In this fast-paced setting, you will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor cardiac rhythms and vitals, administer medications and IV therapies, and coordinate diagnostic testing. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to determine patient disposition, support safe discharges, and educate patients and families.
