Job description
Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Nutritionist/RD to provide nutrition assessment, diet formulation, and education for patients within a major Hartford hospital network. You will ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient resource use.
Responsibilities include NFPE, nutrition care planning, EMR documentation, and outpatient counseling. RD credentialing must be completed within 90 days of hire; English language proficiency required. Equal opportunity employer.
