Job description
The Elms Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center of Cranbury is seeking a qualified Registered Dietitian to lead nutritional care across one or more sites in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
You will supervise dietitians and dining staff, assess residents, develop care plans, and ensure diet accuracy and nutrient modifications align with medical needs. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is essential.
