A Brief Overview
The Clinical Dietitian will display effective nutrition care, apply critical thinking skills and provide effective communication and education skills in daily practice.
What You Will Do
Delivering Effective Nutrition Care (Develops & implements decision making tools for potential complex cases in area of specialty)
Critical Thinking & Decision Making (Demonstrates proficiency in professional judgment and strategic thinking in practice)
Communication & Education (Provides education to staff, interns & other health care professionals in the hospital in area of expertise)
Additional Responsibilities
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.

Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
