Job description
Intermountain Health in Murray, Utah seeks a Registered Dietitian to deliver comprehensive medical nutrition therapy and optimize patient outcomes. This role conducts nutrition assessments, analyzes lab values, and formulates care plans aligned with evidence-based guidelines.
