Job description
Legacy Health is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for diverse patient populations across inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, you will complete nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members, and provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and families. You will monitor outcomes, document in the EMR, and support quality and community health initiatives.
