Job description
Legacy Health seeks a Clinical Dietitian to join our patient-centered care team in Portland, Oregon. In this role, you will assess nutritional needs, develop and implement evidence-based care plans, and provide medical nutrition therapy for diverse inpatient and outpatient populations. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, educate patients and families, document in the EMR, and support quality and safety initiatives.
