Job description
Legacy Health is seeking a Dietitian to deliver evidence-based medical nutrition therapy across our hospitals and clinics in the Pacific Northwest. In this role, you will complete comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to support optimal patient outcomes. You will provide patient and family education, contribute to community health and wellness initiatives, and participate in quality improvement projects.
