Job description
Legacy Health is seeking a Dietitian to deliver evidence-based nutrition care across hospital and clinic settings. In this role, you will perform comprehensive nutrition assessments, design individualized care plans, and provide counseling to patients and families managing acute and chronic conditions. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care teams, document care in the EHR, and contribute to quality and population health initiatives.
