Job description
Legacy Health is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide evidence-based nutrition care for patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, you will perform nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, provide medical nutrition therapy for diverse conditions, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health teams. You will document in the EMR, educate patients and families, support quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to community health and wellness consistent with Legacy’s mission-driven, patient-first culture.
