Job description
San Luis Care Center in Newman, CA, is seeking a Registered Dietitian to lead clinical nutrition services in a 71-bed skilled nursing setting. You will conduct nutrition assessments, develop care plans, monitor hydration and status, and collaborate with nursing, therapy, and clinical teams to support resident wellness.
The role requires current RD certification, a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field, and strong communication within a multidisciplinary team.
