Job description
Trinity Health seeks a part-time Dietitian to plan and coordinate clinical dietetics for weight management and chronic disease care in a hospital setting.
You will assess patients, tailor individualized nutrition plans, provide education to individuals and groups, and collaborate with the care team to promote wellness. Mentorship of interns and development of educational materials are included.
