Job description
averys-house seeks a Clinical Director to oversee clinical teams at Apache Junction and Mesa residential centers. You will assess treatment delivery to ensure alignment with policies and mission, working Monday to Friday, roughly 8am–5pm.
The role focuses on adolescent behavioral health, coordinating care, supervision, and program quality. You will supervise clinicians, manage case assignments, and lead weekly case conferences, audits, and admissions decisions.
