Monte Nido Clementine North Shore in Northport, NY seeks a Clinical Director to oversee the clinical program, ensure quality care, and lead a team of therapists.

This role manages staffing, budget, and regulatory compliance, mentors clinicians, and guides discharge planning while supporting families in recovery. A Master’s degree and NY licensure are required, with on-call duties and a Monday–Friday schedule.
