Job description
ChenMed LLC in Kentucky seeks a Clinical Director to supervise and train primary care providers, ensuring execution of the ChenMed model with focus on quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction.
You will lead a care team, coordinate with hospital and community resources, mentor PCPs, and participate in center leadership, travel as needed for training and recruitment, and help drive center performance and member growth.
