Clinical Director (BCBA) – Leadership Opportunity
The Autism Center of Excellence is looking for a Clinical Director to lead our Columbia, MD clinic. This is a leadership-focused BCBA role for someone ready to step into, or continue in, a Clinical Director position with real influence on team development and quality of care.
You'll oversee clinical operations, support a team of BCBAs and RBTs, and ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services, with strong clinical and executive support behind you.
Compensation
Pay: $115,000 – $130,000 per year (base + bonus)
Performance-based bonuses tied to clinic growth and service goals

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership for BCBA and RBT teams
Mentor, coach, and develop clinicians
Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and case progression
Ensure ethical caseload management and high-quality service delivery
Collaborate with families and caregivers
Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and BACB standards
Support clinic growth, retention, and performance initiatives
Requirements
Required
Active BCBA certification
Eligible for Maryland licensure
Strong clinical and leadership skills
Preferred
5+ years of BCBA experience
Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians
Experience supporting clinic or program growth\
