Job description
ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to oversee daily clinical operations at our Wayne, PA clinic. You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring high-quality care and compliant client documentation.
The role requires BCBA certification and relevant ABA leadership experience; travel for assessments and high-risk cases is expected. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with opportunities to contribute to program development and staff training.
