Job description
Supporting Autism is seeking a Clinical Director with BCBA certification to lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs at our South Charlotte clinic. You will supervise case loads, ensure high fidelity, mentor staff, and collaborate with regional leadership to drive KPIs and service quality.
The role includes development of treatment plans, formal assessments, and monthly family education opportunities. In-person work with competitive pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
