Jobot is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead a center-based ABA program in Newnan, GA. You will oversee clinical and operational performance, manage BCBAs and RBTs, ensure treatment plans meet best practices, and drive meaningful outcomes for children and families.
Ideal candidates have BCBA certification, 3+ years in a center setting, and a passion for mentorship and leadership. This onsite role offers a balanced schedule, mentorship opportunities, and a $5k sign-on bonus.
