Job description
Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health seeks an experienced Clinical Director to lead clinical services at the Columbia and Towson locations. The role centers on staff supervision, training, and ensuring adherence to Kolmac’s evidence-based, harm-reduction care model.
You will partner with the Executive Director to monitor KPIs, oversee compliance, and foster a high-performing, compassionate clinical team dedicated to helping patients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
