Job description
Jobot is seeking a Director of Behavioral & Clinical Services in Katonah, NY to lead a multidisciplinary clinical team in an on-site nonprofit setting. You will oversee assessments, behavior plans, intervention strategies, and data-driven improvements while guiding intake/discharge and collaborating with residential and day programs.
Active BCBA or LCSW preferred with 5+ years of experience serving individuals with autism/IDD.
