Job description
Heritage Behavioral Health Center is seeking a Clinical Director to lead four high-impact crisis programs in a 24/7 operation while maintaining a Monday–Friday schedule. This leadership role supervises Program Managers and frontline staff, driving high-quality, person-centered crisis care.
With a focus on operational excellence and compliance, the leader will coordinate across departments, support staff development, and engage with community partners to strengthen the crisis system of care.
