Metrowest Nutrition and Therapy in Framingham, MA seeks an experienced Clinical Director to lead our growing practice, blending clinical care with leadership, operations, referrals, and strategic growth including our 40+ Adult Eating Disorder IOP.
This role balances a small clinical caseload with program development, team mentorship, and community partnerships to expand services while ensuring high-quality care and a collaborative, compassionate culture.
