Synergy Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinical Director to lead one of our Utah County clinics. This hands-on leadership role blends clinic leadership with direct patient care, enabling ownership-level impact while remaining in the treatment room.
You will supervise clinicians, drive outcomes, develop programs, and build referral networks. The ideal candidate is a DPT with 2+ years in outpatient ortho, Utah licensure, and a passion for education and clinical excellence.
