Job description
Always Best Care – Honolulu, HI is seeking a Director of Nursing/Clinical Director to lead the clinical services for our home health team on Oahu. The role drives quality and patient care standards while ensuring Medicare Conditions of Participation are met.
The position includes oversight of clinical operations, staff development, budgeting, and compliance with ACHC Home Care standards. A RN license in Hawaii and 3+ years of management in healthcare are required, with a Master’s preferred.
