Job description
Optum's Huntsville Hospital HomeCare- Madison is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee patient care operations for our home health facility. You will coordinate projects, oversee patient eligibility, plan services, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while driving profitability and staff retention.
This leadership role requires RN licensure in the state (or applicable license for PT/OT/SLP), a current driver's license, and strong communication and organizational skills.
