Job description

Caretenders Home Health, part of LHC Group within the Optum family, seeks a Clinical Director to lead patient care operations at our Ohio home health facility. You will coordinate projects, oversee patient eligibility, plan services, and supervise total home health care while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold current RN licensure in Ohio, have a valid driver’s license and vehicle access, and CMS/state regulation knowledge.
