Job description
Always Best Care in Honolulu, HI seeks a Clinical Director (RN) to lead all clinical operations for our Medicare-certified home health agency. You will own quality, compliance, and staff performance, reporting to the Administrator.
Responsibilities include overseeing care teams, coordinating plans of care, and driving performance improvement while partnering with intake, payer sources, and leadership to ensure timely starts of care.
