Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Director of Hospital Engagement (Clinical) to lead hospital-based partnerships and streamline transitions from hospital to home-based care. You will work with discharge planners, physicians, and case managers to ensure smooth onboarding and positive client outcomes.
You will leverage knowledge of Florida state homecare regulations to align regional needs with company goals, coach field teams, and drive market development initiatives.
