Job description
Bancroft in Mt. Laurel, NJ is hiring a Clinical Director to provide leadership across occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy and related clinical service teams.
The role drives evidence-based, person-centered programming and ensures consistent clinical practices across programs. The position requires a Masters degree (or higher) in a relevant field and NJ licensure, with at least two years of supervisory experience.
