Job Details
Clinical Director (LCSW / BCBA):
The Clinical Director will ensure the daily operations of the program and multi-disciplinary team. The Clinical Director will provide hands-on leadership, ensure staffing, quality patient care, compliance and promote ongoing program development.
Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Experience working with autistic and/or intellectually disabled individuals
Experience leading residential programs or day programs for youth, adolescents, or intellectually disabled individuals
Prefer 2 or more years progressive leadership experience hiring, training, mentoring, or coaching team members
Active NY License
