Job description
Seasons Psychotherapy Associates in Tampa is seeking a Clinical Director to lead our Tampa office. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced clinician who wants to continue delivering high-quality therapy while shaping day-to-day operations and growth, with mentorship from our CEO and strong operational support.
You'll supervise interns and clinicians, maintain a sustainable caseload (about 15 sessions per week), and partner with ownership on strategy.
