Job description
ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) in Andover, MA, seeks a Clinical Director to lead a center delivering NDBI-based care for children 18 months to 6 years. You will supervise BCBAs and Behavior Therapists and own clinical quality, staffing, and budget to ensure outcomes.
You will manage day-to-day operations, foster a collaborative culture, and partner with centralized teams while maintaining a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or travel.
