Job description
Victory Bay Recovery Center is seeking a Clinical Leader to provide direction for clinical staff and ensure regulatory compliance across services. You will collaborate with medical, administrative, and operations teams to align processes for new services.
The role emphasizes supervision, documentation accuracy, and quality improvement through data-driven outcomes and chart audits. Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, on-site at the facility.
