Job description
LifeStance Health is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee psychotherapy clinicians, coach staff, and drive clinical strategy across the team. The role partners with the Practice Group Manager to support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing professional growth while ensuring clinical integrity and regulatory compliance.
Ideal candidates have MA-level training in clinical social work or related field, an active license, and at least 5 years of clinical leadership.
