Job description
Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Clinical Director in Ohio to lead clinical operations, coach BCBAs, and ensure high-quality care for children aged 2–9. You will guide families through tours, assessments, and onboarding, while shaping a positive, team-first culture.
You will oversee case reviews, staff development, and adherence to clinical metrics, collaborating with the Practice Manager to promote growth and exceptional outcomes.
