Job description
Arrow Consulting in Marlton, NJ seeks a Clinical Director to lead the launch of a Partial Care and IOP program, supervise clinical staff, drive treatment quality, and establish the standard of care with strong clinical autonomy.
Must hold an NJ license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC or psychologist); CSS designation if not LCADC; 2 years admin/supervisory SUD experience preferred; salary $90,000–$120,000 annually.
