Clinical Director
Westwood, California
We’re hiring a Clinical Director who wants to lead meaningful, high-acuity behavioral health care while developing and supporting an established interdisciplinary team.
You’ll step into an outpatient leadership role serving adults with severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar I disorder, and treatment-resistant depression. You’ll lead clinical operations and team development while remaining connected to complex patient care.

Fully onsite with no hospital call
Lead an established interdisciplinary clinical team
Oversee intake, care coordination, and treatment planning

What makes you a great fit
You hold an unrestricted California Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license
You have significant experience working with severe mental illness
PHP, IOP, or comparable high-acuity behavioral health experience is strongly preferred
You’re a resilient leader comfortable navigating complex team dynamics
You balance people leadership with strong, hands-on clinical judgment
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $125,000–$145,000
