Clinical Director – Outpatient Clinic | Morrisville, PA
Competitive salary: $95,000–$105,000 (commensurate with experience)
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Morrisville, PA is seeking a full-time Clinical Director to lead and grow our outpatient physical therapy clinic.

Responsibilities of the Clinical Director
Oversee clinic operations and daily workflow to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain a full patient load
Lead, mentor, and support physical therapists and PTAs
Ensure clinical excellence in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, and vestibular rehabilitation
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the clinic and optimize patient outcomes
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with ownership to establish and maintain a positive, high-performing clinic culture
Track and report key performance metrics
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania (or license-eligible)
Leadership or management experience preferred
Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients
Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative leader
Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing clinical team
Recent PT graduates encouraged to consider clinical growth paths
