Job description
Supplied Talent is seeking a Clinical Director to lead clinical quality and supervision for our outpatient mental health practice in New York. The role focuses on owning the quality of care, supervising the clinical team, and shaping program development in collaboration with leadership.
You will supervise LMSWs, LMHCs, and licensed clinicians, while maintaining a reduced direct-service caseload and ensuring compliance with NYS OMH and payer requirements.
