Clinical Director
Orange & Irvine, California
We re hiring a Clinical Director in Orange and Irvine, California who wants to shape the future of behavioral healthcare while leading two brand-new outpatient clinics serving adults living with severe mental illness.
You ll step into a fully onsite clinical leadership role focused on overseeing interdisciplinary care teams across our Orange and Irvine locations. You ll partner with operational leadership while supporting direct patient care, supervising clinicians, driving quality outcomes, and building a culture centered around exceptional care.

• You hold an active California LCSW, LMFT, LPCC/LPC, or Psychologist license
• PMHNPs and Psychiatrists with leadership experience will also be considered

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $125,000 $145,000
